Furthermore, of course, about the race and how the vehicle performed and what happened this year in which the vehicle took part. 1:43 has always been the popular scale where you can literally get a model of every single racing car, no matter how unusual and rare the paintwork was back in the time! Every element of the original designs has been captured in these impressive replicas and realised in as much detail as possible. Die-cast metal and injection-moulded ABS plastic are used here at these IXO models. Each car comes with a clear presentation case containing a display stand with information about this racing legend. This includes the name of the car, the drivers involved and the year in which the car took part at the 24h of Le Mans.

The included magazine offers a lot of interesting background knowledge about the vehicles on 8 pages, which makes the model even more tangible. It is very well written and structured, so that you would actually like to have more pages to read. We consider it to be an advantage that the model selection is deliberately mixed in the vintages. This means that each month with a delivery of two additional vehicles is a pleasant surprise. The choice of manufacturer with IXO Models is also a very good one, as the price and quality are right. They all come with rubber tyres, aerodynamic profiles, metal chassis and excellently printed details.
