CM Model Keeps the Hits Coming with New BMW and Mustang Releases
CM Model is back with another wave of exciting releases. Best known for its incredibly detailed Pagani and McLaren replicas, the Asian manufacturer is now branching out into cars that many collectors probably didn't see coming.
We've already seen the Subaru BRZ wearing the Varis Arising-1 body kit in a different spec, but this time it's the legendary BMW M3 E30 taking centre stage. Finished with PANDEM's signature widebody kit, the iconic M3 looks absolutely spot on. As we've come to expect from CM Model, the package even includes interchangeable wheels, making it easy to switch up the look in just a few seconds. The BBS-style wheels completely transform the car and give it an even more authentic period-correct appearance. We actually put together a before-and-after comparison over on Instagram, and the difference is seriously impressive. The fun doesn't stop there, though. CM Model has also unveiled the latest Ford Mustang Dark Horse and the hardcore Mustang GTD. If you're a fan of the classic Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit games, you'll instantly get the vibe. The Police Interceptor versions look properly menacing and are guaranteed to stand out on the shelf. They're a brilliant addition to any collection and are bound to be favourites among Mustang fans.
Diecaststorage Has Done It Again – Meet the New Premium Display Cases
Just when you think Diecaststorage has covered every collector's need, they come up with something new. It all started with the classic grey Diecast Storage Boxes, giving collectors a clean and practical way to display their models. Then came the colourful rainbow editions, followed by the clever Safety Cases, perfect for keeping your favourite model protected whether it's on display or travelling with you. If one car wasn't enough, Diecaststorage later introduced their handy 4-car storage boxes, making it easy to store and transport several prized models at once. Now it's time for their latest innovation: premium Storage Display Cases. These high-quality display cases are designed specifically for carded Hot Wheels models, including Silver Series releases, Red Line Club cars, Long Card Mainlines and even Hot Wheels NFT editions. They offer a fantastic way to show off some of the most desirable pieces in your collection while keeping them well protected. The cases are fully stackable, making them ideal whether you own a handful of models or an entire wall full of them. Each one also comes with a cleaning cloth and a handy opening tool, so you can handle the case without leaving fingerprints on the crystal-clear surface. To top it all off, strong magnets on both sides hold the card perfectly upright, giving your favourite models the premium display they deserve.
Tarmac Works Delivers Another Incredible Wave of Collector Highlights
Tarmac Works is back with another packed release, and once again there's plenty for collectors to get excited about. Just like CM Model, Tarmac Works is bringing us what is arguably the most extreme Mustang ever built – the incredible Ford Mustang GTD. Finished in a stunning shade of red, it's guaranteed to become a standout piece in any collection. Formula 1 fans are in for a treat as well, with the McLaren MCL60 driven by Lando Norris during the 2023 season joining the line-up. Alongside it comes a beautifully detailed Porsche 911 GT3 R from the 2025 GT World Challenge Asia, complete with one of Tarmac Works' collectible trading cards. The Porsche is particularly eye-catching thanks to its iconic yellow and black Mooneyes livery, a design that's instantly recognisable and hugely popular with fans all around the world. For Disney enthusiasts, Tarmac Works has prepared something a little different. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse each get their own collaboration model, with Mickey featured on the Nissan Silvia S15 wearing the aggressive VERTEX body kit, while Minnie takes centre stage on the previous-generation Silvia. These two are definitely worth a closer look, and we'll be giving them their own dedicated video very soon.
Rally fans haven't been forgotten either. Tarmac Works continues to expand its World Rally Championship collection with the Hyundai i20 N Rally1 Hybrid from the 2024 season. After previously releasing the Rally Sweden version, the latest model recreates the Croatia Rally car, which faced fierce competition from Toyota's dominant GR Yaris Rally1. The best part? Every rally version features its own unique details, from the livery and tyre choice to the ride height and event-specific equipment, making each release feel genuinely different. Saving one of the biggest highlights until last, Tarmac Works has also unveiled the legendary Ferrari F40 LM. This particular specification holds a special place for us, as we were lucky enough to see the real car in person back in 2019 at the Super Car Owners Circle. With only 19 F40 LMs ever built, they're already incredibly rare—but this exact specification is even more special, as it's one of the very few examples that's road legal.
Ayrton Senna's Legendary Toleman Finally Joins Our Collection
Out of all the latest Mini GT releases, one model stood out immediately as a must-have for our collection – the iconic Toleman TG184 driven by Ayrton Senna. Unfortunately, even after all these years, we still don't have a direct partnership with Mini GT, so getting hold of certain releases can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. Thankfully, Senna's legendary Formula 1 car was surprisingly easy to track down online, and we're certainly not complaining! What makes this release even more special is the inclusion of the celebrating Senna figure. It perfectly captures one of the most memorable moments in Formula 1 history. During the unforgettable wet race in Monaco in 1984, Senna stormed through the field to finish second in spectacular fashion. That incredible drive announced him to the world and marked the beginning of what would become one of the greatest Formula 1 careers of all time. The model itself is exactly what we've come to expect from Mini GT. The level of detail is outstanding, featuring every sponsor logo, authentic wet-weather tyres and an impressive overall finish. It once again proves that Mini GT knows exactly how to build exceptional 1:64 Formula 1 models. As far as we're aware, no other manufacturer has ever released the Toleman TG184 in 1:64 scale before, making this an even more special addition for Senna fans and Formula 1 collectors alike.
Hot Wheels Nails It Again with the Stunning RLC '48 Chevy Fleetline
We simply had to mention one of the latest gems from Hot Wheels – the brand-new 1948 Chevy Fleetline from the Red Line Club series. If you're into Lowriders, this one's an absolute beauty. Like all Red Line Club releases, it's exclusively available through Mattel Creations, and getting your hands on one is often easier said than done. Previous releases like the Chevrolet Impala and the Monte Carlo sold out incredibly quickly, leaving plenty of collectors empty-handed. The Fleetline was no different, making it another highly sought-after addition to the RLC line-up. Collectors also had the chance to chase an ultra-rare numbered Chrome Silver edition. While those special chase models are always exciting, we actually feel the standard version steals the show this time around. Just like the recent Porsche 911 release, the regular colour scheme simply has so much more character and really lets the design shine. Being a proper Lowrider, the Fleetline features Hot Wheels' clever articulated suspension, allowing the car to strike a variety of classic three-wheel poses. It's a brilliant feature that adds plenty of personality to an already fantastic model. And that paintwork? Absolutely stunning. The colour combination works perfectly and really makes the car pop. For us, this is without a doubt one of the finest Red Line Club releases Hot Wheels has produced in recent years.
