YM Model Rowen Lamborghini Aventador S FEATURETTE
More than a vent and a door!
In 2015, Rowen International presented the body kit for the then brand-new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4. Concerns arose that a Japanese tuner would not really be successful in connection with a hypercar like the Aventador. But far from it, because the carbon body kit presented at the time looked great on the Italian.
Since 2011, the Lamborghini Aventador, the successor to the Murcielago, has been produced like hot cakes. Up to and including 2022, when the last Aventador models left the production line, around 11,500 vehicles were produced. This includes all the numerous special models, such as the Aventador J, SV, SV Roadster, Aventador S, S Roadster, SVJ, SVJ Roadster and finally, in 2022, the Ultimae with 600 units.

In 2017, Rowen dedicated itself to the 740 hp Lamborghini Aventador S, which costs around 290,000 euros and gave it a facelift. The body kit is made entirely of carbon and includes a two-piece front spoiler with side flaps, extensions for the side skirts, a striking rear diffuser, an optional spoiler lip and a fixed rear wing in Aventador LP 750-4 SV style. It is hard to believe how detailed YM Model has been able to reproduce such subtleties to scale: An absolutely astonishing masterpiece!
To match the carbon body kit, YM Model also supplies the model in a high-quality "carbon-look-a-like" collector's box that opens out. The model itself is set under acrylic glass, securely screwed down and wrapped in a Rowen cleaning cloth, just in case the magnificent piece should ever see a speck of dust! The wheels have also been converted accordingly: The wheel set with chrome-red centre locks, shiny gold rim star and chrome rim beds in 5-double-spoke design fit like a glove! The sides were also decorated and, of course, Rowen's initials were added.
This typical design style is continued in all Rowen conversions in the tuning range, for example, there are also body kits in a similar style for vehicles with a lower base price. These include the Lexus LC500, the Toyota 30 Alphard, Toyota GT86, Nissan 370z or the Toyota CH-R. Converting an Aventador, which already stands out with its striking curves and edges and therefore hardly needs any further add-on parts, means a great deal of courage and ambition! In Rowen's case, this has once again more than paid off! It is not known how many Aventador S models have received this upgrade by Rowen. However, the 1:64 scale model from YM Model offers more precise figures: each of these is individually numbered and limited to just 699 pieces! An absolute gem!
